Overall, the place was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. The fridge was among the least noisy we've encountered! The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was a bit overcrowded at the time of our stay so we decided to have breakfast outside (there are several benches and outdoors tables near by with nice views). Ample parking and easy of access from the main road. Several nice walking/biking paths nearby to get you to downtown Shawinigan (around 2 km away).

The location was at a nice junction between South Shawinigan and Shawinigan proper, including walkable distances to nice panoramic scenery; even faster by car since it's near the highway. Though we were late for breakfast, the kitchen staff was courteous and generous by inviting us pack toast, yogurt and fruit for the road!

The location of the hotel is the best and we had access to both historical sites and nice restaurants. The staff were great and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was nice, though it could have been much better if some fresh fruit were served.

Location was great, lots of parking. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast area was tidy and food itself was tasty and sufficient. Absolutely will stay here again when I’m back in Shawinigan. Felt very safe as a solo female motorcyclist.
